Procedure :-The procedure lasts for about 60 minutes, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of steam. A course of Udvartan typically spans 14 days.
Udvartan, also known as powdered massage, is a popular therapy in Ayurveda. It involves rubbing dry medicinal powders over the body. Kol-kulthadi churn and Trifala churn are commonly used for this massage.
There are two main types of Udvartan :-
Ruksha Udvartan: Uses only dry fine powders. Helps in reducing fat, cholesterol, and certain skin conditions.
